Terms of Service

Welcome to StrongHealth DPC. By accessing or using our services, including our website, telehealth platform, and communication tools, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Effective Date: July 2025

1. Services Offered

StrongHealth DPC offers direct primary care (DPC) services, including:

  • Unlimited virtual primary care visits
  • Chronic disease management
  • Preventive health counseling
  • Prescription management

Our services are not insurance and do not replace the need for emergency care or specialty care outside our scope.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian enroll on your behalf
  • Be a resident of Florida
  • Complete our registration and medical intake process

3. Membership & Payment

  • Monthly membership fees are due in advance and cover ongoing care
  • One-time visit fees are paid prior to scheduling
  • Membership may be canceled at any time; refunds are not provided for partial months

We reserve the right to change pricing with a 30-day notice.

Partial-month refunds are not provided. Refunds for prepaid months will be processed within 30 days if membership is terminated with proper notice.

4. No Insurance Billing

We do not bill insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare. You are solely responsible for payment. You may use HSA/FSA funds for eligible services but should confirm with your administrator.

5. Telehealth Platform Use

By using our telehealth services:

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date health information
  • You consent to care provided via video, phone, or secure messaging
  • You understand technical issues may occasionally interfere with service quality

All telehealth visits are conducted through HIPAA-compliant technology, and your information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Communication

You agree to:

  • Receive communication via email, phone, or secure message
  • Contact 911 in any emergency situation — we do not provide emergency care

⚠️ EMERGENCY NOTICE: Contact 911 immediately for any medical emergency. We do not provide emergency care.

7. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of membership.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate care with:

  • 30-day written notice
  • Immediate effect for inappropriate behavior, abuse, or violation of these terms

9. Disclaimer of Liability

StrongHealth DPC is not liable for:

  • Delays or failures in service due to factors beyond our control
  • Misuse of services or failure to follow medical advice

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.
